Tickled At A Cookout Today

My family had a cookout today for mother's day and for two of my family members who had birthdays recently. I gave my mom her present and she loved it and i was completly broke from buyin her stuff. I sat down on a bench next to my brother in law's brother in law named michael (i know confusing). michael is about 15 years older than me and he treats me like a lil sister when he comes over. i asked my mom if since I had no money left if I could have a cigarette cuz i had none and I deserved one for gettin her good gifts. And then I remembered I was gonna give up smoking as part of her mother's day present and I said to her never mind and told her i was gonna quit for her. michael looked at me absolutly shocked and said "You smoke?" I told him that I had been doin it for about 6 months. He said "are you stupid" and I said "yes obviously". Then he said to me "Oh my god I am so pissed off at you right now!" He then started tickling my sides and I started freakin out laughin tryin really hard not to cuz for some reason I get embaressed if my family sees me gettin tickled. I have know idea y i'm just weird I guess. Anyways Michael keeps tickling me "yelling" at me the whole time saying things like why would u ever do that, I cant believe you would do that. He keeps gettin me pretty good untill I fall to the ground I'm laughing so hard. He keeps tickling untill he has me swear I'll quit and I was able to get out "Ok i swear." He stops and says to me you better stop smoking or i'll come back here and kick ur ass. I said somethin like oh i'm so scared and he said fine I'll come back and tickle u to death. i was like ok i'm gonna stop. almost makes me want to keep smokin if thats my punishment.

Smarter to say you've not smoked but still have cravings and need the tickle therapy regularly to keep from backsliding. 😀 😀

Cute story. I've had many friends use tickling as "punishment" for my bad behavior, and like you, it only made my habit worse 😉 That probably should have clued them in, don't you think?

BTW - Congrats on not smoking anymore. And hey, you could always lie to Michael and SAY you're smoking, but not actually do it. Might take months of rehab to kick the imaginary habit 😀
