So I had to go to the doctor today. I'm not going to go into the horrific reason I was there. I was already moody, and then had to find out I had a male doctor which I really didn't want today. The worst part is the doctor looked about my age too. So basically he had to do the belly rub thing, christ lol. The thing he said to me right before he started was "try not to giggle". As soon as he said that BWAHAHAHA of course. So I'm just curious have any of you had any of these wonderful "belly rubs" if you will at the doctors????

Yeah happened to me. My doctor is like a mid 40 year old asian lady. (Much older than me lol). She did that thing and it tickled and made me look like an idiot lol

I have! I had to get a sonogram (not for pregnancy!) and when he used the scanner, oh holy fuck, I almost burst into laughter! That thing tickled sooooooo bad, I thought I was gonna die!

Yeah, the whole poking around the abdomen test is a popular one at the doc's office. Been through that many times. Always tickles a bit. 😛

Yeah I've had it where the pokin around the stomach tickled, too. The worst was when I had a female doctor, who had kinda sharp fingernails. When she got to the area right below the waiste....well, if she'd kept pokin around there, she would've had to tie me down (not that I would've minded that lol).

I didn't laugh, but that was only because my hands stopped hers the second I felt her poke lol

Everytime I go and they do that belly massage/poke thing, it always tickles. I hate it. I feel violated.

The Belly thing gets me everytime.
The worst time was when I was about 15, I was in hospital with stomach cramps, doctor thinking it was appendicitis, and the next morning in hospital three asian doctors come around and each take turns touching my stomach and I'm tensed up trying not to laugh then the eldest man in a strong accent and he was about 65 I'd say just turns to me and said ; "Your a ticklish one."

MORTIFIED!!!!! :|

doctors...my favorite

I, too, LOVE doctor tickle stories....

The abdomen thing always made me flinch and have to fight it....that's my worst spot...my stomach goes in automatically and I feel like, "man if this goes on much longer I'm not going to be able to take it....".....but here are some better stories...

My ex-gf had "fallen arches" as she called them - I think it's basically the same as flat feet, and had some pain in them, so had to go to the doctor for that. The doctor, for some reason, had to draw lines down her entire foot with a pen to make some measurements. She said it tickled an incredible amount and it took all her will power not to pull away. She gripped onto the table where she was lying with both hands, and made lots of faces. Her mom (I love this part) was sitting in the office with them, and said, "She's really ticklish."

At another visit with a different doctor - I forget if this was for the arches or something else - the doctor was checking her alignment and posture. She was standing up, and he put his hands on her hips and and pressed in. He said, "I hope you're not ticklish", and she said, fretfully, "I am..." She said it tickled like crazy and she wanted to move away but knew she had to stay still for the examination.

yep, happened to me before. asian lady in her 30's was rubbing my stomach and stuck her two index fingers in my armpits, it tickled like crazy

I've only had one instance where a doctor blatantly tickled me. I had to go see a neurologist. I was all pissed off at having to go through all the stupid tests...some of them seem so pointless, that I was beginning to get impatient. I was laying down on an examination table and they were testing the strength/flexibility/reflexes of my legs. The doctor came right out and asked me "Are you ticklish?"

I usually freeze up when someone asks me that question....this instance was no different. I think the reason I get tongue tied is because of the physical effect that talking about tickling has on me (heart rate speeds up, goofy grin, sweaty palms, thoughts racing, etc..), and also my embarrassment of it being mentioned (like the person I'm talking with will somehow know how much I like it). Needless to say though, the bad mood I was in just a second ago was gone, and in it's place came the butterflies in my stomach and the overwhelming sense of anticipation.

All I could do was lamely reply "No." (which is also what I usually do only because it almost always eggs on the 'ler to find out for sure.) He just said "Really...hmmm" and then went on with the rest of his examination.
I had gotten myself to calm down and I thought that he would just let it go, but after another five or ten minutes had gone by he suddenly scraped his fingers quickly up the length of both my feet and when I jumped and giggled he just laughed and said "I thought so." It only lasted a second or two, but that memory stuck with me.

While I know you will never have this pleasure...try having a sonogram done on your privates.😱

It took that lady (of course it was...that's my luck) using every trick she knew to keep my mind off it.

I also had one a few years ago checking for clots in my leg. The lady (of course) used the wand up and down the inseid of my right leg and I did pretty good until she press it in where the leg meets the groin ("POCKETS") but at the dn after dragging that stupid tool up and down my inner thigh and knee for some unknown reason she did a quick run up the bottom of my foot! I dang near kicked it out of her hand! LOL!

I get tickled at the doctor's alot...I'll have to post more later.

I remember a time I was at the doctors office and there was this very cute med student that was doing my check up, She felt interaction was best so as she did things she let me do them to her. She showed me how to listen to my heart and test my knee reflexes and such. Anyway it was very educational. When she finished she said any questions. I said what about the foot reflex testing. She giggled and slipped off her right shoe and lifted her soft cotton socked foot onto the table. I ran my finger up her foot and she let out a yelp and a giggle and blushed. she said thats why she forgets that because shes too ticklish to have it done to herself so she gives her patients a break.

If intrested there is one more time

hmm

none at the doctors but at the dentist she checked the roof of my mouth and tickled...usually at the doctors i am so stressed and nervous and cold lol i cannt feel a thing

O.O

Wow that must have been torturous to say the least!

tickled at the doctor

Not too long ago i was having high bp issues which effected my heart...which in turn automatically means nots of ECG's...every single time they put the electrodes on me im a giggling fool. They press those disks against my ribcage and im sunk

Now HOSPITAL tickling is also an issue of sorts. When i was in hs i had a bad accident that me with a BADLY broken leg (amoung other injuries).Anyway i woke up after surgury with my right leg in traction and a cast that went up to my thigh. After a couple days i had pain in my ankle from the cast so they removed the bottom part of my cast so now the cast went from thigh to ankle. Now i dont know what it is about nurses but a bare foot to them automatically means its tickling season! Three times a day a nurse would come in to take my temp and bp and check out ny circulation by feeling my toes (tickled every time). They seemed to like how easy it was to tickle me and very quickly they tickled me foot for every reason they could. Now dont get me wrong i didnt mind at all and i was not in any pain from the surgury so the tickling i got was great..They just did it every chance they got! Even if i was sleeping i was woken afew times by tickling to my foot for things like eating a meal or taking meds. Seeing i was bedridden i had to take sponge baths and they even used reason to tickle me ( they had to wash my foot seeing i couldnt reach it). I spent 10 days in the hospital and was tickled multiple times every single day....and im not even counting VISITORS...that was a whole other tickle-thon i went through!!!!

I posted this a while back but still look back on it fondly.
I went to a clinic for a minor outpatient procedure a couple of years ago. They checked me in, then they drove me in the gurney to a curtained cubicle. My bare feet were stickling out a little since the blankets are never long enough. The nurse, a cute and friendly late 40s-ish woman (about my age) took my blood pressure and stuck an IV in my arm while we made pleasant, idle small talk. On her way out of my area she lightly touched my foot, which was surprising. Shortly after, she came in to check on the IV and heart rate, and this time on her way out she dragged fingertips over the tops of my toes on one foot which caused me to curl them down and I probably gasped a little bit. By now I'm thinking, is she one of us?
Anyway, they knock me out, do the procedure, I wake up groggy and my wife is there and the doctor is explaining what they did. Then the nurse come back in, tickles my arch with her fingers for a second and says with a giggle "I've been wanting to tickle the bottoms of your feet all morning! But don't do it to me because I'll go nuts!" My wife said "He's very ticklish" but didn't look amused herself. Then the nurse explained some of the medical stuff to me while I tried to wake up more and figure out what just happened.
Made my day, but I wished I wasn't so groggy at the time!

I have a new doctor's experience to share....

I've been having bad knee pain and went to a few different doctors and a physical therapist in the past few weeks. My legs and knees are pretty ticklish to the light touch, and the physical therapist appointment and one of the doctors appointments were SUCH torture.

It was one of these experiences where I just did not know what to do...it tickled SO much, but I was too embarrassed to say anything or to move....although I'm pretty sure I flinched a few times. I just wanted it to stop so badly, but the doctor kept moving his hands all over my knee/legs.

This kind of accidental tickle is also my favorite kind of tickle to hear about from others, so that element made it a little bit exciting, too.
