I repeatedly invited a girl friend of mine over (5'7", slightly reddish/purple hair and long legs.) I knew she is ticklish, especially under her arms and on the sides, but I wanted to see if her feet were ticklish too.
I made up my usual story that if she let me tie her up with shoelaces and she managed to get free, she could ask me for something. So I took her and tied her wrists and ankles and then wrapped her whole body in a blanket.
From then on she couldn't move, I sat at her feet and started tickling her, which she didn't expect. I took off her socks and started tickling her bare feet and she tried to escape but couldn't. I then took an electric toothbrush and tickled her with it, which made her laugh hysterically. In the end I let her go and we just laughed about it.
