Quick story.

Once I told my friend Alyssa that she was too 'blonde', so she tackled me, sat on my legs, took off my shoes, and used her long nails to tickle my feet. She focused on the toes mostly, which was hell.

Revenge tickling can be the most fun because you are so focused on it. Plus you enjoy doing it as well.
I get even with my bf all the time then he turns around and gets me back later.
