The first image takes place after Nikki has tickled Al into a gargaletic convulsion. She continues to tickle him, but monitors him to make sure she doesn't break her tickle-toy.
The second image is their wedding. When Al hesitates at the altar, Nikki gently reminds him what's in store for him if he doesn't go through with it.
