What's up ticklers and ticklees from across the globe I'm a 21 year old college student from Illinois and I was wondering if there were any Ticklers or Ticklees in the Illinois area... I have yet to see any posts about it and as of now I might be the only rep from this state lol... I don't care about age or anything, I just wanna find someone to play with; and by playing I mean being helplessly tickled pleading for you and whoever else is there to stop.. and then having a little revenge!
