ticklefactory.com help!!

i just joined the ticklefactory.com site and i cant access any of their videos. When i try it on Firefox, it says that there is a Windows Media Player Plug-IN Dynamic Link Library that performed an illegal operation. And when i try it with IE the videos dont come up either. The caption below the video comes up but not the videos. How can i fix this cause i really want to see their videos. Can someone help me? Thanks!

This is just a thought,you might try contacting them first to see if there is a problem on their end.
