How do I stop getting E-mail notification every time someone replies to a thread that I posted in? I can't find the option in my User CP and my E-mail is constantly swamped with these things....

(and yes I know about the option when you post about getting notification but I still get the E-mail no matter what I do...)

Get a new email adress. It's so simple even dad could do it.

First off, make sure you turn the "Default Subscription Mode" (In User CP Options page) to no email notification. Then go to "List subscriptions and either delete all of the ones that say something other than "None" under "Notification" or change them to "None."
