I’ve been into tickling and female feet for as long as I can remember. It’s always been a strong part of me — not just a turn-on, but something that shaped how I see attraction in general.

Lately, though, it feels like things are getting out of hand. I find myself constantly searching for tickling and foot content, almost compulsively. It’s not fun anymore — it feels like I have to do it, and I’m losing control over how I engage with this side of me.

I’m starting to worry that I’m not able to enjoy it in a healthy, balanced way. It’s starting to affect how I relate to people in real life, especially women.

Has anyone else here experienced something similar and managed to find a better balance?
 
Yes. I've been there on a couple of occasions. There's a reason I have an embarrassingly large collection of videos. Lol.

I'm going to try not to yap as I usually do (future edit: I yapped... sorry), but, as cliché as it will sound, if you have a partner, communication is your friend here. The hope is that you'll find someone who also has the fetish to make it easier, but... that's difficult. Either way you can't be afraid to verbalize what you want. Otherwise you'll be unfulfilled and that can lead to being more obsessive.

If you don't have a partner, as far as balance goes, don't suppress it. Instead, find other things to do that you enjoy. Not saying you are, but typically when we find ourselves obsessed with something, we are either too idle, or we are setting other things to the side in order to feed our obsession and that does things to your mind that aren't healthy. Find something to do where you can get away from your computer and/or phone for a while. Stimulate your mind and body in other ways, whether that's the gym, public gardening, taking a class, getting a second job or a side hustle. Or pick up something you may have set down, not necessarily due to this, but in my case, I stopped playing baseball for a long time. One day I decided to get myself back in shape and try out for a men's league. I didn't stop because I was too busy watching tickling videos, but moreso, after I recovered from my arm injury, life got in the way and I never got back into it.

Oh, and if you've got a handful of bros, spend time with them. A lot of time chilling with the dudes can help take your mind off a lot of stuff, regardless of what you're doing. Could be just chilling on the stoop having a beer, ya know?

I know what you mean. Its very difficult, I find I go through phases where the obsession is stronger. I try and immerse myself in my hobbies to keep my mind off it, with varying degrees of success.

I hope you find a solution.

It honestly helps to know I’m not the only one dealing with this kind of stuff. What some of you said really hit me, especially about going through phases. That’s exactly how it is for me too. Some days I can keep it in check, other days it just takes over. I agree that staying active and doing other things makes a big difference. Lately I’ve definitely been too idle, and that just gives my brain more room to spiral. Gotta find a way to break that loop. I’m thinking of picking up an old hobby again or starting something new just to get out of my head a bit.
