Wrong. You may be able to not orgasm when you don't want to, but that's just you. I think Rhiannon's issue here is with the word forced having other words such as "nonconsensual" being tied into it in her mind. Personally, I would think and say that forced orgasms are done because after the orgasm, the person being tickled becomes infinitely more sensitive and ticklish........making the tickling that much more intense!
