You've got to ask yourself KoT, could you be happy and satisfied in the long term with someone who hates being tickled (or isn't ticklish at all). For me, it's a resounding no.
I had a FWB relationship with a very nice, attractive and successful woman who's company I genuinely enjoyed. She was from another state, and when she came to visit me, she absolutely refused to allow me to tickle her. That's a deal-breaker for me personally and after she went home, I never contacted her and she never contacted me either and I never regretted it ending.
There are certain things any individual needs in a relationship, and judging by your username, I suspect that you would not be satisfied in a tickle free relationship, and that's ok. We've all been in a position where for one reason or another, someone we liked just wasn't compatible.
But if you can be content in a tickle free relationship, by all means, give it a whirl. Best of luck.
