Tickling as exercise

After following TMF for quite some time now, I finally decided to join in and create an account. So first, just wanted to welcome myself to the community.

With that being said, I've developed a new fantasy. While completing my undergrad I worked as a personal trainer, and still do some training on the side. This has caused me to develop this new fantasy of mine, which is (you guessed it), to tickle a female client into a fit of hysterics. Seems practical enough to me, maybe work in some interval tickle torture lol. Any ways, this fantasy of mine has me curious if anyone else has ever used tickling as a form of exercise?
 
For me, BEING TICKLED is the best exercise. No other way to get my pulse up that fast!
 
I haven't tried it, but it sounds like it could be something.

I imagine you'd be able to pull it off with some vanilla girls, especially if you say something like, "Tickling is the best way to increase your heart rate before a good exercise" or whatnot.
 
It's a fun fantasy, but I'm sure the actual health effects would be pretty minimal.

I have always found that being bound and then tickled is a wonderful form of exercise as I struggle and pull on my cuffs and ropes. :couch:

Well, this workout place sure seemed to have considered the idea 😉 Ufortunately, I think it was just my biased mind imagining it.

Seriously though, I think tickling can be a good exercise for some. Depends on ticklishness, condition, etc. I used to get exercise ache each time I was tickled for a long time, but I rarely get it anymore. Don't know if it's because I've become less ticklish or in better condition, lol xD
 
Well not to get all scientific on everyone, but humans burn approximately 5 calories per liter of oxygen exhaled. During a good tickle session, most suck down some major wind. This is why one would be totally spent after a long session and the endorphin rush, just like a cardio workout.

I wouldn't be as unprofessional enough to actually suggest such a thing to a real client, which is why it is a "fantasy". Although I most definitely wouldn't be opposed trying this method for a willing participant looking for a good workout lol
 
i would love to test this idea.. could always loose a few pounds
 
Not to mention the energy it takes to fight like hell when it comes when someone starts their tickling. No matter how much I want to be tickled, there's still that part of me that fights it like hell. Thank god for straps and a husband who's stronger than me. Otherwise my tickling would be severely affected.
 
I actually talked with someone in the chat room recently who said they discovered this website via their research into tickling as a form of exercise. So you're not alone. Interestingly, this person appears to have stuck around, so either there's a tickle-nut hidden in there somewhere, or they've become intrigued by the idea.
 
Yea, it's pretty obvious to anyone who's been thoroughly tickled . . . or watched any number of clips to see how exhausted, sweaty & short-winded the ticklee is after a session. I so wanna market this as good cardio exercise! I've actually had a dream once where I ran a "tickle clinic" where women came in for appointments to get some exercise & relieve stress...

Imagine my 'nurse' telling me: "Sir, your 10:30 is here for a 1/2-hour treatment. She's in the stocks in room 1."
 
This is one of the most ridiculous ideas I've heard so far. Irregardless of facts, the most important fact is that you, a personal trainer .. the trainer that your client is paying you a handsome amount of money to guide them to becoming healthy, is touching them in a way that 1. Is a fetish for you and 2. that they more than likely WOULD NOT WANT. Your job is to train them to solidify and develop a healthy, effective workout routine ... not satisfy your fetish at the clients expense.

Stick to the weights and circuit training; leaving the tickling out of the equation.
