This took place a few years ago when I was around 17. One of my friends was having a party as his parents were away on holiday. Halfway through the night I got talking to April, a girl who was in my year at school, we had been friends for ages. April was gorgeous, had brown hair and brown eyes, and was petite. It was quite noisy so we went into one of the bedrooms to have a chat. We were lying beside each other on the bed, and she made a joking comment about me, so I gave her a slight tickle on her sides, to which she jumped and giggled. 'Not ticklish are we?' I said grinning. 'Don't you dare!!' she screamed. I immediately jumped for the foot of the bed and lock my arms around her socked feet. I had always wanted to tickle her feet. Despite her pleads, I pulled off her stripey socks to reveal cute soft little feet. A light stroke to the sole sent her into hysterics. I spent a good 20 minutes torturing her foot, all over her soles and toes, until I decided she had enough. She was exhausted, so I lay down beside her and gave her a kiss, and she kissed me back, and got under the covers, she's still my girlfriend to the day.
