Theirs a stripper bar in Rochester NY. I like to go to tickle feet called Tally Ho's. So if you in Rochester and you need to do some tickling than Tally Ho's is the place for you.

Yes! Some of the other bars will too. You just have to tell them what you like.

Yeah...just about any topless bar. It works best if you go when the girls are not busy doing dances, though. I usually go from noon till about three and the girls are usually sitting around waiting for business to pick up. I give $20 for ten minutes of tickle time and have only been turned down once and that was at night when the girls were busy hustling.

I've tickled a stripper or two, but they've always been natives of Eastern European countries. They don't seem to have the same "creep flag" when it comes to tickling. In fact, the last time, the girl giggled and I asked her if that bothered her and she said,"No, of course not, it's just tickling."
I wouldn't go all out, though. Bouncers don't like to see the ladies getting manhandled.
