This tickle tale happened about 10 years ago at my 1st job after college.
I have always had a foot fetish; the prettier the women, the more I wanted to see, touch, feel, taste and tickle their feet. I worked with a secretary named Nancy who was very cute. She was about 5'5", long blonde hair with a body to die for and long slender feet. One night we had to work a little late, so here's where the fun starts. We were sitting at her desk since she was working on a project with me and slowly but surely she let one of her dangling shoes slip off her foot. She tucked it under her other leg as I assumed she would and my heart started to race. Now let me back up a little here: I had positioned my chair slightly behind her in hopes that she would do this and that I would have a nice view of her feet. I wasn't planning on tickling her that night plus I didn't even know if she was ticklish. I was just hoping for a glimpse. Anyway, as you could imagine it started to get very hard for me to concentrate on what we were doing because I kept staring at her foot. She was wearing nylons and every time she'd wiggle or stretch her toes, my heart beat faster and my concentration lessened. I finally couldn't take it anymore, so I reached very slowly with my index finger towards her foot. I just had to touch it! I felt my finger lightly touch her foot and glide up her sole oh so gently. Well I guess I got the response that I was hoping for: she jumped slightly in her chair, giggled and wiggled her toes. "My feet are ticklish" she said and turned to look at me. I tried to keep my poker face on (which I doubt she bought) and said "Really? I didn't know" (witty comeback, huh). She turned back to her computer and continued to work but I couldn't let the fun stop here so I stroked her foot again, this time a little harder. Once she again she jumped (with a sqwirm thrown in) in her chair and let out such a sweet giggle. She again turned around laughing and said " I told I was ticklish, now stop that". But to my surprise she didn't move her foot or put her shoe back on. I said " I just wanted to see if you could still work while I did that" She turned to me with a slight smile on her face and said "I'm good at everything I do at work" and turned back to her monitor. I looked down at her foot and noticed her toes wiggling, like they were saying "here I am". Good night nurse! So I said "let's see if you can work while I do this" and proceeded to tickle her toes. She immediatly started to giggle and sqwirm in her chair while my fingers played with her toes one by one, then letting my fingers slide up down her soles, doing spider tickles on them. She kept giggling (we were in the office so, we had to keep it quiet) but her sqwirming was becoming more frantic with each stroke and tickle. At one point she asked "What if someone comes by?" in which I answered "then I'll stop" as I let my fingers play with her foot. Her arch and toes were the most the ticklish because every time I'd touch there her muffled laugh became a little louder and her sqwirm became more intense. At one point her head leaned back as she tried to keep from bursting into laughter. She was also wearing a skirt which started to rise the more she wiggled. She kept trying to pull it down but everytime she straighten it out I'd tickle her a little harder and the skirt would start to rise again. The more she wiggled and sqwirmed the faster I'd tickle. Plus she was still trying to work (trying is the key word here). But the one thing here is that she never told me to stop. I was in pure heaven! Here I was tickling this pretty women at work and she seemed to be enjoying it as much as I was! I remember thinking if all jobs were like this. How I wish she was completly barefoot but hey beggers can't be choosey, lol.
This lasted for about 10 minutes and I wanted sooo badly to tickle her other foot but that would have been hard to do with the way her desk was positioned, so I didn't even bother to try.
