Tickling at work

I was at work today and I was thinking about how long it's been since I've tickled a girl. It's been almost a month. There's a girl I work with and that I'm close to. I thought about how I can tickle her without it being random or awkward. Well this is a fast food place that I work at. She playfully hit me with a nugget box in the face lightly. I gave her a fake angry face and slightly pushed her. She pushed back lightly. A few minutes later, I was walking to the fryers and she comes up from behind me and pushes me. She then runs to the manager's office and I quickly follow. I start tickling her and she pinches my nipples. She's laughing as I keep squeezing her sides and scratching her tummy. In the midst of her laughing, she says,"no tickling," as she pinches my nipple again. I asked her if she was done and she pinched again so I kept tickling for a bit more. I asked her again and she said she was done. It was a pretty good workout and an awesome day.

OMG I wish I could! I wish I could do that to alot of my coworkers. Quite a bit of them have I tickled over the years but not like this girl.

Well I work at a restaurant so it would be hard to do that and every girl I've tickled I'm close friends with.

She had a blue polo tucked in so it wasn't easy getting to her sides or tummy. We used to have shirts we didn't have to tuck in and it was easy going under her shirt and squeezing her sides or scratching her tummy.

Unfortunately it's the age we live in. I remember working for a company in the early 90's where there was always a lot of tickling and flirting going on. And just about EVERY woman in that office was at least moderatelyto extremely ticklish, and some really seemed to enjoy it. I think there were maybe 1 or 2 women who didn't like being tickled but once they told me it was hands off, and nobody ever complained to HR. Fast forward to the present. You have to be EXTREMELY careful if you're going to tickle someone in a work environment today. Even if you have a good working relationship w/ whoever you're tickling and they don't seem to mind, someone else might be watching. Case in point - a few years ago, I worked for a financial company and the entire company gathered for one of their quarterly meetings(yawn!). When we were making our way to our seats, I ran into this cute young lady who I was always flirting with. Well, I gave her ribs a poke and she jumped and laughed(she was really ticklish) and she certainly didn't seem to mind. However the HR mgr.(some uptight bitch who apparently had too much time on her hands) saw me tickling this lady and she wasn't too happy about it. She reported me to my supervisor, and he sort of read me the riot act. Fortunately he and I were friends, so he wasn't too upset, and the girl I tickled actually seemed to enjoy it. But from that point on, I had to keep my hands to myself. This is another reason I hate the entire PC movement

See there shouldn't have been an issue because the girl didn't have an issue with it and I would've complained about the HR mgr. It's not like you guys got into a tickle fight and caused a scene/disturbance to everyone else.

When I was in college I worked part time in a printing warehouse, shoving flyers inside newspapers 😛 There was this middle-aged supervisor who was always tickling the 30-40 yr old women who worked there. Fun to watch but I still sometimes wonder if he kept his job afterward lol.

Really is a shame that work has to be so serious these days.

I agree. There was another girl i used to work with and I'd always flirt with her and tickle her. But it was usually a little squeeze to her sides from behind or a quick tummy scratch. Another guy decided one day that he wanted me and him to both tickle her. I didn't because I thought it would be really creepy, and I don't wanna cause a scene like that. Plus for me, I don't know why but when I see another guy tickle a girl that I'm close to, it makes me kinda jealous that I'm not the one doing the tickling. Idk if that makes sense to you guys. I've only tickled a girl with another guy tickling her once and it was for a few seconds but we weren't holding her down or anything. I'd be fine with tickling a girl with other girls tickling her though.

Well you're right, but there were a number of reasons I let it all go - mainly I didn't want to draw more attention to my tickle fetish. I was and still am very guarded about my love of tickling especially in a very "vanilla" setting. I would've been too embarrassed to talk to management about how this all came about because I tickled a co-worker. I think anyone on this forum, who works in an office can relate.
Also, who was I going to complain to? The lady who busted me was the head of HR.
In addition, our department was on very shaky ground at the time - the company was hemorrhaging money, and they were laying people off left and right. I wanted to make sure I didn't give them a reason to get rid of me.
Plus I didn't want to put my supervisor in an uncomfortable position(as I mentioned he was a great guy, and I didn't want to drag him into a fight that wasn't worth it. You've got to pick your battles, y'know?)
Finally, when it comes to harrassment, since I was the one doing the tickling, and since I'm a male (lets face it, when it comes to sexual harrassment, the man is almost always guilty until proven innocent) I wouldn't have stood a chance. And technically I was guilty of sexual harrassment, in that I placed my hands on a female co-worker in a sexual (sexual for me anyway) manner.
When you add all that up, you can see why I just took my slap on the wrist and let it go. The good news is it was gone and forgotten by the end of the day, and I felt lucky to still be employed.

Yeah I get what ur saying. Any girl can pretty much do that yet I hear all of this stuff about men getting ahead more than women. I have 10 managers at my fast food store and only one is a guy. Well actually 11 if you count the store manager and that's another girl. I'm also one of two guy crew trainers and the other one is homosexual and very feminine.
