Tickling clip request

I'm looking for a clip that I think was posted on here not long ago but I can't find it. It features a woman who is tied to a vertical board, forced to have her arms out-streched in front of her, while another was stood behind her tickling her underarms. The woman's arms were wired to a device so that if she dropper her arms, it set off a vibrator (strategically placed, obviously).

I think it was a tickling clip from a website which doesn't normally (if at all) focus on tickling whatsoever.

Any help would be greately appreciated.
