Let me know what you think of this idea.
You and an opponent (could be a friend, partner, stranger, whoever) arrive at the tickling facility.
4 staff members greet you. 2 of them take you to a soundproof room, and the other 2 take your opponent to a similar room down the hall.
You climb onto a tickle table and are strapped to it.
One of the staff members starts a stopwatch (that you can't see). Then the tickling begins.
The two Lers tickle you on every spot they can find. They are as vicious as they can be, trying to get you to break as quickly as possible. They keep up the torture, ignoring/mocking any begging from you, until you say a pre-determined "give up" word.
Once they've tortured you into saying that word, they stop tickling and stop the stopwatch. They record the time without telling you what it is, and leave.
You don't know how long they've been gone. It could be that they are still tickling your opponent, meaning you've lost. It could also be that all 4 lers are hanging out in another room making you both wait, and making you both think you lost. All you can do is wait and hope you lasted longer.
Then.....the door cracks open.

If You Won:
One of your lers comes in and says "congratulations" while you are being unstrapped. You walk outside and see your other ler and the other 2 that were tickling your opponent. One of them tells you your time and your opponent's as well.
You're reward (that was agreed upon by both of you beforehand) is that you get to join all 4 lers in tickling your opponent for as long as you were able to last (adding more insentive to last as long as possible). The cherry on top is that the loser doesn't know how long the winner lasted and therefore doesn't know how long the tickling will last.
One of the lers opens the door and you follow the 4 of them into the room. You see the look of defeat/fear in your opponent's face as the 5 of you appear.
"Sorry, you lost," you say with a smile, "and I know your weak spot."

Both of your lers walk into the room, followed by the other 2. You realise what's going on, and wonder how long your torture will last. Then your opponent walks in, looks you in the eye and says with an evil smile, "Sorry, you lost. And I know your weak spot."
