On the "you better not list" the lee writes the things that the ler should avoid doing. If they do any of those things, there is some consequence. If the ler is going to be strapped down right after, it would be that the newly established ler can do anything on the newly established Lee's better not list.
It's kind of like a revenge tickling game with a twist. If the ferst person to ler doesn't do anything on the lee's list, then the lee probably wont do things on their list when it's their turn. However, even if the ler is lenient, the lee might just be harsh anyway when its their turn.
It could also be played with any other consequences you decide to put in.
Then of course there is the "Don't" list. If you do the things on these lists, its basically considered rape.
For example, the number one on my list is
DONT USE LUBE!
With this kind of things, you can establish a way for a ler to go further than normal, without breaking the lee's boundries.
