Yes, but only in fantasy. I would never ever tickle or do anything without consent, however its one of my sadistic fantasies. What about tickling someone who hates being tickled, buttttt.... whatever the situation is, does it anyway, for example, to either prove a point, or losing a bet, or in need of money in exchange. It would be consensual, but she just hates tickling.....still a no?
