Tickling game and magazine scanned images

I'm working on a special edition of adult games that I design. I'd like to use some of the old Drew magazine scans but am not sure where the copyright stands on this. Can anyone help? Can I use these scans (I have loads of them).

Those images were scanned from published magazines, albeit rather old ones. They are all copyrighted. Sharing them on a forum is one thing, but if you use any of them for a commercial venture for profit, you'd be asking for trouble.

If the game in question is not a profitable venture, and just something to share with the community or with friends, I'd say go for it.
