Let me try a kind of traduction. They are talking about a TV show in Peru, where they "torture" singers while they sing, for example, putting them in cold water (the show is called "Canta si puedes").
The blond hostess says that she could not sing if they woult tickle her. So they want to find out her ticklishness.
