Tickling in mainstream is getting recognized...

At least in some latin soap operas. I saw a brazilian soap opera that featured an f/m tickle torture scene that was good, with bondage and stuff.

I wish to continue seeing these things, for example villainesses tying heroines or heroes for tickle torture.

Hell, yes! Thanks for bringing this up, charsbuk! I swear it wasn't a night ago that I was ruminating on the way it's perfectly okay to show somebody tied to a chair and threatened with a loaded gun to their head on our TV, but no scenes of bondage with tickling.

F/M or M/F, I would love to catch some of these. I hope at least the best scenes from them will eventually show up on YouTube or Googlevid or somewheres.

I swear, entertainment-wise, we could do with less violence and more tickling.

Well,it is used in a lot of cartoons but the reason it isn't shown in adult shows is because it isn't looked upon as a serious form of torture or looked at in a seriously threatening thing.I mean we had a scene in a middle school play where a girl was kidnapped and she was tied to a chair and she wouldn't tell them what they wanted to know.So they took off her shoes and tickled her feet.So the point being that tickling is looked at as something kids do to each other but not something that is really a torturous of sadistic thing otherwise this scene would not have been aloud in the school play.

But our own Queen Bee has a point. I'd even expand that to note that in mainstream, tickle torture is treated as a ridiculous joke. Setting up a scene, making it appear that terrible things are going to happen... the victim screams!! Then nutty music plays as we witness that someone's being tickled. Joke's on the audience, tee hee!

I don't mind so much that it's treated like a joke but what I've noticed is that the victim is more often male... which suggests it's MORE ridiculous that a guy's getting tickled than a girl or perhaps because people do see the allure of it and don't want anyone seeing a lady bound up and tickled because it'd just be treated as pornography. Anyone have a similar opinion or am I talkin' greek?

Speaking of, I am reminded of a scene in that nutty show, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys in which he goes to Tarterus, and there's this really dirty guy with a big bushy beard gritting his teeth as though in pain, chained to a rack. Herc notes to Hades that such torture might be going a bit far, and Hades notes that it was no worse than what the man did in life. Zooming out we see a goblin critter tickling his feet.

Watch out, all ye merciless 'lers... Tarterus is gonna turn the tables on you!

No you make good points too.Dang,I don't remember that part in Hercules!I know in Scooby Doo episode Go Away Ghost Ship,Shaggy tickles Red Beard with an Egg Beater.Then in Pirates Ah Hoy! Scooby Doo tickles the Hypnotist with his paws and tail to get him to tell them the code to unhypnotize the Mystery Cruise's guest and staff.Then,in SpongeBob Square Pants episode Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III SpongeBob releases Man Ray from his holding thing and uses the Tickle Belt to turn him into a good citizen.
