At 8:58 the girl is laughing while guy paints her nails, though it looks like the hand which he's holding her foot is still, I guess if there is any real tickling he could have tickled her with his thumb on the side of her sole or even on sole itself.

Anyway after she giggles for the first time, guy asks her "what is it?", Then after her second giggle she responds by saying in a flirting manner "golicas me", which means "you're tickling me".
