Tickling in the news...

🙄 Just what we need incidents linking tickling, fondling, touching to abuse of power and harassment. 🙄
 
I dont recall if I've ever posted this before, or if anyone has ever heard of this case, but when I lived in NY in the 1980s, there was once a case on the news of a guy who used to tackle women on the streets of NY, pull off their shoes, tickle their feet, and then steal their shoes. That is the closest thing I've heard to the case posted here.
