Tickling in the park?

When i walk home from work there is a guy who is always tickling this one girl. Not always of course but id say at least two times a month. Shes not tied up or anything just prolonged sessions i assume since she seems to be pretty red in the face and due to the doppler effect, i can hear it from pretty far away walking towards them and then fades out as i go further away, not stopping. Its exactly what youd see in a video with her socks and shoes sitting right next to her like he took them off for that purpose and ive even seen him use a feather. I dont wanna look like a creep and stop to watch but its incredibly difficult not to when its in my line of view and i hear it. Im not talking like gawking at them and standing there for minutes at a time in a trench coat type of situation, at least thats what i would picture due to that video tickling paradise made with harley. So i ask

Would stopping to watch for a moment be 'creepy'?
The follow up would then be if it isnt creepy does it depend upon time or situation?

I mean, creepy in the sense that watching would probably make these people uneasy and uncomfortable? Yeah, almost definitely. Regardless of time or place. Seems fair to assume that almost everyone would feel a little sketched out about some stranger watching what they're doing. Maybe these people are the exception! Unlikely, though.

All that being said, if they're just hanging out in public doing this, then they have no real right to get upset if someone wants to watch for a little.

(Also not entirely convinced this is a real situation, but I suppose it's an interesting-enough hypothetical in any event)

My knee jerk reaction is to go off on you for in essence calling me a lier and calling my character into question but instead im going to say thats pretty rude and leave it at that.

Agree to disagree! For whatever it's worth, I didn't consider it so much an attack on your veracity as much as me just expressing the tiniest bit of doubt over what, I think it's fair to say, is a pretty unique, almost fantastic situation. Nothing more than that! I'm sad to see you took it as me questioning your character; certainly was not my intention to do that!

People who play in a public park have no expectation of privacy. Watch them for as long as you like.

I have had a session at a park. I am sure people heard the laughter. My lee was in tears, and begged for mercy at one point. If anybody wanted to watch, as was said earlier, it was in a public place. We were a little off the beaten path, but on a bench, so not like it was a place where nobody was likely to come.
