It was on today's episode of the View. It started with a discussion of former NY Congressman Massa, who in an interview stated that he tickled a male aide until he couldn't breath. Then, a short time later, the women were talking about Tiger Woods and his wife Elin reconciling and bonding. This led to Joy mentioning bondage and that tickling could be a form of bondage, at which point she began tickling Sherri.
