Tickling monster request

Hello! Is there anyone here who knows anything about a story about two girls being tickled by a monster of some sort? It is about (what I remember) 2 girls are caught by one monster on a boat and being tickled, and then after that, they are going to find the monster, which they find. I remember that there was one who called himself "u.n owen" Or something that wrote it.

U.N.Owen posted a few stories of the type you describe early in the previous decade. Unfortunately, it appears as though he pulled the stories later. Here are a couple of examples

At one point he mentions a yahoo group with his entire tickle monster series, but I can find no trace of that group.
