I just started dating someone who is the same ethnic background as myself.
We started dating six weeks ago and he found out I'm ticklish about 2 weeks ago. He adores tickling me (his mom even commented that he tortures me too much).

I haven't told him I have the fetish. I kind of feel he has it too but I am really enjoying these beginning stages, no need to rush anything.

I spent time with him the entire weekend. He would tickle me often, poke me, tickle me briefly.

I also tried tickling him too. Sometimes he would say he's not ticklish but a few times it worked (once on his feet and the other time under his arms).
