Tickling on the movie clueless

I was watching the movie Clueless, and it was at the start of the movie, the girl's (forgot her name)half-brother grabbed her side, and she jump. I don't know if it was tickling or not.

I think her name was Cher(yes after the singer/actress), and she was of course played by Alicia Silverstone(whatever happened to her career?) There was another scene in the movie, where Cher's friend talked about the same guy(Cher's half brother) and she was saying that she liked him, and among other things likes the "way he tickles her." Sounds like this guys one of us.
