My cousin put on YTV(channel 27 in canada anyway) and I saw two girls tied onto this yellow thing (io think) upside down, with arms above there heads. The girl hosting it says something and then "I wonder if they're ticklish?" and starts wiggling her fingers and gives one of the girls a quick tickle on her underarm.

Wasn't long, but it was the best thing to happen all morning 😀
