tickling or not?

while searching the web for anime, i happened to come across this.

and i was wondering if the girl in the middle in the bottom row is getting tickled or not.

Doubtful. She seems to be cheering, as opposed to laughing.

If she had both eyes closed instead of just one, it would look more like she was being tickled. With just the one eye closed, she appears to be just winking. There does seem to be a lot of hands around her, though. 😀
