Tickling Paradise Customer Service?

Hey all,
Does anyone know how to get ahold of anyone from the tickling paradise website? I've tried like 3 different emails and no go. So far it's only been like 3 days so I've been patient but I'm beginning to worry that I won't get a response until it's too late. Then I started looking around the forum and found that people around here aren't too fond of their service (and lately their videos). I'm starting to fear that their customer service might be as bad as AT&T... = / Help please and thanks in advance.

Oh I forgot to mention that UNFORTUNATELY (and believe me by drunken mistake) that I signed up for a membership when trying to buy a video and nothing on that goddamn website works for me.

I have never had any problems getting a response from Renee at that address..

Have you tried calling them? Since Renee took over I've never gotten anything but stellar service from PV. She even called me at home once to clarify an issue with an order I placed to make sure it was right before it went out.

It's been a couple days, I suppose I can wait a couple more. I did leave a message when I called in but she could be on vacation or something.
