Tickling Prisoners

I am sure I once read what purpoted to be an excerpt from a Newspaper/Magazine about a housewide who contacted the local prison offering to tickle prisoners with behavioral problems in the comfort of her own howe.

Does anyone else remember seeing this or indeed are able to post link.

i remember it, but 4 got where i saw it. but n e ways im all 4 tickling prisoners, especially females with hyper sensitive feet. LOL!!
