Interesting question, but for me, I would consider it cheating if my wife or SO allowed someone else to tickle her feet in a scenario that I wasn’t aware of or consented to because female feet are very sexual for me and tickling intensifies it.

What if you were born, or at least from a very young age (4 or 5?) developed this attraction to tickle or be tickled. I personally don't consider it cheating as long as we've talked about it. I would love to have a relationship where my partner allows me to tickle others. I wouldn't mind if they wanted to have fun with other Lers, obviously as long as it stopped at tickling. The key for me is just transparency.
If you're making physical moves and you're significant doesn't know about it, it's cheating.
