Tickling Tool in TC clips

I have downloaded a number of TC clips in the past couple of weeks, including 5044 which is an excellent foot tickling clip. I have noticed the ticklers use an electric toothbrush and another tickling device that I've never seen before. It certainly seems to do the trick and was wondering if someone could shed any light on what it is, its used in TC 5044 and has a higher pitch than the electric toothbrush. I gots to get me one of those things!

It's an electric flossing tool. (as in dental floss)
