Some of the coolest tickling I have ever seen was when a female uses her feet to tickle. My wife used to get tickled by her sister all the time, and her sister would tickle my wife's sides, tummy, and ribs with her feet and toes. Has anyone else ever witnessed a female tickling someone with her feet?

Mistress Kassandra used to tickle my armpits with her toes. Goddess Shelly sometimes does it now.
