Not quite sure what you mean...ticklers wearing gloves or ticklees. Or do you actually mean gloves used as tickling devices, like feathers would be.

Exactly what you said, gloves used as a tool for tickling.
I compare it to the way nylons can make someone more ticklish.
For example: Nylon stockings.
But instead of stockings you can use nylon gloves to tickle.
Not specifically nylon but any type of gloves that can be used to tickle well.
That's it.
