yea, ive often found that if you sit on your hands for a prolonged amount of time.. and tickle your own feet.. it will feel like someone else is tickling them.

I call it ghost hand, because your hands go numb, but your feet stay ticklish! :santasmil
 
Personally my feet are so ticklish that even if I'm rubbing my own foot it tends to twitch from time to time :happyfloa
 
I usually put peanut butter on my feet, and let my dog lick it off...

my dog is relentless, it knows what it's doing...
 
I can tickle my own soles even through socks! 🙂 It's no fun, though.
