Have you ever gotten into a tickling conversation just with your friends?

Like, not just mentioning tickling, but having them and you go on about it?

And i'm not talking about if they are into it.

Like if it is brought up, then people start talking about how ticklish they are, who they were tickled by, etc.?



If so, how did it start? Did you start it, did someone else start it, or did it start when someone was tickled?
How long did it last?
What feelings did you get when they were talking about it?
Did you participate in the discussion?
Did it result in any tickling?

A few months ago, at work, a fellow in the office was talking about a Howard Stern show he had seen, where an actress was being tickled in Howard's "tickle chair". This prompted a pretty, young female coworker to start conversing about how ticklish she is, and how her brothers used to hold her down and tickle her for what seemed like an eternity, when she was a kid. I asked her where they tickled her, and she said "everywhere!"... describing how they tickled her under arms, her ribs, belly, etc. When I asked her how it felt, she said it made her laugh and laugh and how she thought the tickling was going to make her explode! She even mentioned how it made her pee at times. I had to summon all my strength and willpower to act nonchalant during her ticklish admission, and I thought of little else for the rest of the week!

I always have to chuckle when this comes up. I was fortunate enough to have pretty much everyone I've ever known be into it at least enough to poke back and forth. So discussing it and getting into it has never been a real issue for me. We just have always done it.

It IS rather interesting just how candid some people will be when the subject of tickling comes up, isn't it!? Even if one or another has utter abhorration for where tickling is concerned, it's amazing how much of what they experienced is suddenly shared, along with their feelings/attitudes about it. I've also seen other people just sort of shudder a little...as if the idea kinda thrilled them, but also panicked them a little bit....these are the people who usually say things like, "Oh my God....if someone tickled me like that, I'd be an absolute wreck..." which is QUITE the ambiguous statement. Did they mean it negatively, or positively? Hmmm.....it becomes food for thought.

When it happens, it usually comes as a result of an accidental tickle - then the person goes on to express some experience or how ticklish they are. Sometimes I may ask a leading question, sometimes not. It always intrigues me how often it comes up in the vanilla world. I love to hear people discuss it, but I don't really have any other particular reaction.

Just once . It was on a dinner during a group trip to Paris . I'm not sure of how it started but we were having dinner and out of the blue , the guys which had girlfriend started talking about their girls ticklishness . It ended after the girls started to complain that they didn't wanted to talk about those things . 🙂
I remember later that night , I walked into the room where everyone was gathered to find the girl which protested more during dinner , being gang tickled by the guys from the previous tickling conversation .
In case you want to know , she was into ballet , had blond hair , was short , and was ticklish everywere , but her feet were insanely ticklish , they were very , very pretty too !
Anyway , so she was gang tickled (lightly) for about 5 minutes after I entered . I joined in of course . 😀

I've brought tickling up a few times with people. Mostly only girls 'cause they're just easier to talk to about it -- told them of my tickling fetish, not just talking of tickling -- and most have been cool about talking about it. One told me that it was wierd; another told me that I should try and forget about it or get rid of it or something because it's wierd to be so focused on one thing.

One girl I talk to now actually brings it up more than I do, because she knows I like it, and teases me about it.

NOTE: This is always on MSN, with one exception -- aside from one time, I've never had the guts to even say the word out loud. 😉

In the 1970's, when political correctness was still a wandering pain in the ass looking for a society to haunt, I was a counselor at a recreation center for a couple of summers.

I was in charge of the boys 10-12 group, which quickly became my own personal tickling minion. Several times a week, I would gather the boys and organize them for a tickling ambush, which we would perpetrate on the cute female counselors. This would always stir up a conversation about the tickle torture afterward. These incidents really helped me to speak with girls about tickling, and also to find the ones who really liked it. Naturally, they were frequent targets.

Some friends, yes, very much so. Most of my friends and the people I hang around have no problems bringing up the subject and discussing it. It's nice so many are pretty open about it.

It started a good number of ways. I never bring it up though.

How long did it last?

It lasted different times for different discussions. Just depends upon the crowd, where we were, and what we were doing at that moment.

What feelings did you get when they were talking about it?

I tend to get a little tense or uneasy when the topic is brought up. Sometimes I start blushing, completely pisses me off when I do that too. It's usually followed by a lot of "uh's" and stuttering with nodding and shaking.

Did you participate in the discussion?

Generally I will, just very limited. If questions are asked, I will answer.

Did it result in any tickling?

Yeah, it usually does. And yes, it's usually me that gets it. I guess sometimes I just have that guilty face lol.

Awhile ago my friend and I were watching Howard Stern reruns and they aired an episode featuring Yaqi tickling two supermodel-looking girls. My friend made the mention that it would be kind of erotic, but the overall creepiness of Yaqi detracted from it (shame on him for saying that about poor Yaqi!)

That was the end of that; although I should have pressed further. Maybe this friend harbors an interest we all share here and isn't saying anything.

Yes I have. That's how I recruited bear and bunny to the forum. I was sitting in the lobby one day at college and just started talking about it. Bunny happened to be in the "audience" that day. I"m very open about myself to most people. (as long as my mother and her two sisters don't know, I don't care🙂 ) It resulted in tickling later🙂)
