One of the hottest things I can think of is making out with somebody, and you start kissing, and breathing and pursing your lips.....and nibbling, and darting your tongue and even talking all over their neck.....and of course, they can't deal!
I think that must be one of the most common ways they get tickled. There's the sides-pinch, and the knee squeeze, but I think getting ticklish while getting the neck kissed is, at least, in the top three most common.
('lees would be able to answer this better than me, of course).
In so many movies, when an actress is getting her neck kissed, I always look for tell-tale signs. Look at these clips of Francesca Annis, for instance, one from a 1965 film and then over a decade later when she was playing the very sexy role of Lillie Langtry. She gets her neck kissed a lot when she played Emma Bovary in Madame Bovary, though in this clip he merely touches her neck, and she scrunches up.

The breathing gets shallow......they get goosebumps.....they get a smile on their face,if they don't flat out start giggling.....
One of the things I love about this is that it reveals that they're ticklish......and then usually I bring my fingers into it, start touching her sides and mid-section, and before you know it.....you're in a full blown tickling.
And the best part: it's so natural! It's so.....organic! Romantic, and hot!
When a woman is wearing her hair up.....for me, it's the same as her slipping out of shoe, or wearing a crop-top, or raising her hands above her head. I always want to just trail her neck with my breath.
