Hey, when or how do you think you can get feet to be the most ticklish?
-time of day?
-socks, nylons, barefeet
-just out of shoes, runners with no socks

Early in the morning just upon awakening.
Later in the evening, when totally relaxed.
Baby oil and or creams help, lotts!!! Nice warm toes and soles are an advantage too!
