Ticklish realtor?

I feel like I am dreaming. Everyone fantasizes about a ticklish realtor, right? That pretty lady that kicks off her shoes during a showing. My realtor is awesome. She's pretty and has a huge personality. Unfortunately for me she is married. She sent me an email and asked me to review her as a realtor. I called her to make sure it was a legit email since it had links. She was happy to hear from me and mentioned she has a cold. Originally I was going to mess with her and tell her I would give her a 5 star review if she would stop by my place next time she is in the area and let me tickle her feet for 5 minutes. I didn't do this. I told her about some of the improvements I have made to my new home and she asked for pics. I sent her a few and she liked them.

Now the fun part. This is 100% true by the way. I have a GIF on my phone of the Batman episode where the clown henchman is getting tickle tortured in the stocks with bare feet and a feather. I decided what the heck and texted it to her and said "Here's something to cheer you up since you have a cold". Her exact response "I would be in heaven if that was me" I texted back "You like getting your feet tickled?" with the scratching chin emoji. She has not replied back and I am losing my mind. I will update if/when she does. I just can't let this go. I just had a feeling she would find tickling funny.

The first house I looked at with her had a muddy yard and we took our shoes off when we entered the house. She was wearing thin white cotton footies which drive me crazy. I have dreamed about tickling her feet ever since that day.

Update: She wrote back "Hahaha! Yes I do. It's relaxing. I'm not "ticklish" it just feels like getting a massage".

Now I'm bummed. I was hoping she liked going hysterical from foot tickling.

I'm pushing it a bit further to see if she is game to stop by sometime to get her feet feathered. Or possibly a nylon foot massage. I don't think I dare to tell her I have a set of stocks. I don't want to scare her off. LOL

Sad to report, I have known women like that, who also said that being tickled on their soles just felt like a gentile massage.

Realtor nylon feet is my ultimate fantasy. I got to experience it too.

My realtor was something 42 years old with a medium blonde bob haircut. My wife and I are checking out the house without our realtor when I notice two black flats by the kitchen. This got me excited. My wife and I walk into the living room and imagine my surprise when I see two medium sized black nylon soles propped up on the arm of couch facing us! Her left foot had a long run in the sole of the nylons after a long day of showing us houses. It was insanely hot.

If my wife wasn’t there I would have snapped a photo. It was so awkward walking in on that with my wife, because she knew I was into it. If this was a tickling video ny wife and I would have pounced and tickled her feet until she agreed to worn commission free!

A) she's married.
B) she's being nice to you because you have a professional relationship.

don't "push it" unless you're ok with losing her as a realtor. You're already dancing on the line of inappropriate behavior.

Whatever you’re thinking of doing, don’t. You might get on well but it’s a professional relationship and she’s probably like this with all of her clients. However you think it’s going to play out in your fantasies is probably far removed from reality, and isn’t worth getting yourself in trouble over.

As a fellow TMF member also into nylon feet, my friendly and well meaning advice is to not do anything inappropriate.

I tend to agree with the others, it's a risk you may not want to take but you know how long you've known her and the details and the 'feel' of your relationship better.

That said, if you do get her to let you give her a massage or try some tickling given your level of interest in tickling versus the average person you might do a much better job than people who have tried in the past, and you may help her discover she actually is ticklish, and then hopefully that she enjoys it.

Don't hope or try for more than some tickling, of course, she is married after all.

I was originally more critical, then I re-read your post. You first just wrote "Here's something to cheer you up," which really isn't so bad.

Then when she wrote that she'd be in "heaven" -- it was she who upped the energy there to make it personal -- it was actually not particularly creepy for you to simply respond with the "Do you like...?" question, as it probably seemed like a fairly natural reaction to what she'd written.

All that said, at this point... yeah, I'd back off. 🙂

I agree with the others advising you to not cross the boundaries. @brotherted makes a good point, except I'd push back on that just a little with her response likely not having the benefit of the full context. Even if she were willing to engage in some of this, it could be behind her partner's back, which still feels like an unethical act. In any case, I think a good, hard fast rule is to not behave around someone in a way that would be very much different than if their partner were also present.

To update and address some of the things everyone said:

I already closed on the house months ago. There was no financial incentive.

I made it perfectly clear in my email that I would not want her to do anything appropriate and I wouldn't want to do anything inappropriate to her.

Brotherted made the correct assumption that she upped the situation when she said she would be in heaven if that was her. She could have simply replied "LOL or that's funny". You don't get to tickle feet if you don't ever ask. This seemed like a possible interest in tickling on her part.

She has a very cool personality and has told me many times that we are friends now. How different would it be to come hang out with a friend and get tickled a bit OR go to get a massage and pay someone you don't know to massage you?

In the end she replied to my email and said exactly what I figured she would say. She is happily married and not in a place to engage in anything beyond that. She also expressed that she loved that I was comfortable enough to share things like this with her. Like I said, she is super cool.

My wishful thinking is that she loves getting her feet tickled/massaged so much that it would have been hard for her to do something like this in a strictly "friend" way.

Hopefully her husband drives her crazy with feet pampering. Lucky guy.

There are a number of tickling videos where the plot is a realtor getting her feet tickled, so it must be quite a common fantasy.
