I don't think so. Every person is different. And some people don't even know they are ticklish. Unless you mean unconscious signs...well, there could be. bt not many if there are.

Sure, here's one such conversation:

"Hi. Nice to meet you. Are you ticklish?"

"Hi..ah, wha?"

"Are you ticklish? It's all the rave now and the only thing that's important about you as far as I'm concerned"

(lady throws drink in his face and walks out)

The woman was ticklish because the woman was me. This actually happened to me in a bar in Boston.
