Tifa/Aeris, my turn...

Okay, here we go again...finished the Tifa/Aeris tickle request. 😉

Quick description:

Here we have Tifa and Aeris sitting somewhere, each with one leg up on a quite close table in front of them...and then we have Red XIII with his on the table and his (have to admit, way too long) tongue snaking out and...doing something. ^^

Just to make things a little more cute, the two girls are kinda (cutely) hugging each other as they giggle from the lickling. By the way, there's a little bit of forced perspective in this one, so watch for it. 😉

Would you mind explaining how the idea came about? Unlike most people, I actually like to understand where the artist was coming from, and I hope that more of my fans were like that with me.

Its always interesting, at least for me, to know why an artist chose a specific theme or situation in a picture. Whether it be complex or just a whim. 🙂

As usual, first have to say much thanx to all the comments so far. I really do appreciate them and the feedback. ^^

C_E: How did this idea come about? Hm...well, the original concept (aka the request from The_New_One) was simply the two girls being tickled...rather vague/general to start off from. 😉

I decided to mix/practice a few things I like in this one, seeing as I had free reign at it. First off, a few people have mentionned in other threads that they liked 'lickling' (cute word made up for tickling via the tongue 😉 ) so the idea quickly came to me to use animal-like Red XIII as the tickler, as I could see this happen. ^^

As for the pose, well, I love drawing/working with (forced) perspective (you can also blame Scamwich above for this, as his work inspires me to try to get better at it 😉 ). This 'sitting with a leg up' probably has done before, but it worked rather well for adding a bit of perspective. It also helped make the image more of a cute one than say a torturous one, as if both girls were being playful (them giggling/hugging each other as they do so adds to that theme, I'd guess) instead of 'bound together'.

And for using foot tickling? For one, tho I enjoy all tickling, FT is my fave for use in images (and in general), plus again it's something I like working with in terms of the perspective bit above. (also mention I like drawing 'kicking at you' type images along the same lines, which is similar)

Scamwich/FF7Tickler: Yes, it's rather amazing how popular these two are, even many years after FF7 came out. And depressing what happens to Aeris...tho I think Tifa is asking for it (er, I mean she's asking for the type of thing that happened in this drawing, not what happens to Aeris in-game 😉 ).

Yummy! My kind of scenario! Seriously though, it's not hard to see why Tifa and Aeris are popular subjects of fan arts. They're both cute and bubbly (though I've never actually played an RPG in my life, let alone FF7). That said, that's a real good pic there!

I have even started played FF7 again and it's, imho, the best game I've ever played... But I can't beat Emerald Weapon at the bottom of the sea! Didnt kill him 1997, cant kill him now! Have you ever fought him? Did you KILL him? He has 1000000 darn hitpoints!!! 🙂

I like the set up and the lickling. I really like cute pics, and you seem to prefer them.

Just one preference. I rather prefer dry tongue tickling rather than wet. Wet just seems a little to gross to me for some reason. You can pay attention to this or not, seeing as you are the artist. Just my useless two bits.

Anyway, great work! Everything to put out is a keeper!
