The utility is called WinSplit this "tiny" program can split a clip into parts so ex. if you have a file that has 2mb you just split it into 2 parts and post them and the people who download them join the files with WinSplit. Easy. I'll post WinSplit here it's an exe - no installing and NO VIRUS it was checked on other forums so you can be sure. The file is small - 50kb's. Just unzip and it's ready to use.

Not really; unless you're planning to pack all of those files in seperate winzips; cuz the filetype is not allowed to be uploaded here...
