Timed intervals tickling/pleasure

Didnt know if there was a story out there or a real life experience where someone set a timer, so maybe it chimes every 30 seconds. So if you were performing oral and it chimes then you stop immediately and go to tickling, chimes again and you switch.
Maybe mix it up and start with 30 seconds for tickling and make the pleasure one minute, then eventually the pleasure is for two minute???
I believe when they are about to orgasm and you stop due to the timer and start teasing them it will be intense, or they orgasm the first 30 seconds and you continue pleasuring them till the timer goes off.
Then the reality hits them your going to tease them for one more 30 second session.

Thoughts? Ideas? Have you done it before? Any other twists you might throw in there?

Yeah I've thought about doing something like that, but in practice it has felt far more organic orgasmic to just tease and go off their reactions and then switch based on that instead of a strict timer. But I suppose if I were paying for a session maybe that would be a useful tactic. But in just a scene with a partner, intuition has served me better
