i figured we could discuss stuff like the brand of lotions we use, foot scrubs etc. also any tips for making feet more ticklish, personal idea's and tips, pretty much anything that has to do with making your self ticklish with happy and healthy feet.
i've been lagging in my pampering of my feet, so a couple days ago i got back on the band wagon, and here's what i did.
started the day with rubbing a pumice stone over my soles, then proceeded to apply a good amount of foot lotion (a brand called Bare Feet which i got on e-bay, great stuff and does the job well) i then put on my socks for the day, and no matter what i do, i always keep my socks and shoes in, locking in the freshness, and applying another coat of lotion is optional. i spent a few minutes using a foot scrub lotion in the shower on my soles (got it from Bed Bath & Beyond, Toe the Line from True Blue Spa, it has walnut shells in it for the scrubbing) after that, i used the pumice stone and apply a good coat of the foot lotion, but this time putting a special type of sock i got from Bed Bath & Beyond that locks in the moisture of the lotion, in the same way as you would wrapping your feet in plastic. i go to bed and welcome the new day by slipping off the socks (feels so good after that, how the air kisses your soles) and i then repaeat the process.
after a day or 2, my feet looks so much better and have nearly doubled in ticklishness, i love em, and i proudly sport off my feet (though i try to keep them in shoes and socks, not allowing them to see the light of day so they keep their ticklishness)
another tip is you can plan your road to ticklishness to fit your schedule. it doesn't have to be a ball and chain as it first may seem, in the end, you'll be glad you did it.
i think i may have fixed my camera and can take a pic or 2 of my new, rejouvinated soles if ya want.
any feed back or more tips?
