Alrighty then, we are back online. If you have visited us before, we've undergone a major revamping/expansion of the forum so things may look a bit different.
If you like the setting of a small friendly neighborhood tavern, then drop by and visit us any time. If tons of clips and pictures are what you are seeking, you can find everything you need right here on the TMF, and many other sites, so we are not the place for you. We are trying to develop a small community of *friendly* person to person interaction on many levels. All you need to register is a valid email address, which is never divulged nor sold under any circumstance.
We have the slogan "Where laughter is only the beginning..." because we are trying to build a discussion forum where tickling may be the common bond, and, of course, is a major topic, but also we'd like to expand on the other forum areas.
We are also currently looking for a few good moderators/discussion builders in the following areas:
MUSIC: General Music, Musician's Corner, Stereo Equipment
GAMING: PC, Console (Sony, Nintendo, Xbox), MTG, D&D, whatever really
Special Interests: Book/Movie Reviews, Art and Crafts, Cooking and Cuisine, The Hobbyist, Digital Photography (shared with me), more to come...
GENERAL: Current Events, Spirituality, Paranormal
GEEK: Techincal/Computer help desk (shared with me)
The only requirements are that you have a bit of knowledge in the area(s) you moderate, the time to spend on a daily/regular basis weeding out spam and routing off topic posts, and the willingness and motivation to inspire conversations (the gift of gab) to help develop the area of discussion to its fullest potential.
If you are interested, drop by and check out the forum, and then send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Moderators" and tell us a bit about yourself and which area(s) you'd like to assist with.
