Just out of sheer curiosity... Who's being tickled here, and who's doing the tickling? Or would they rather remain anonymous?

There was a photographer named Bob Marshal from Florida that had a kind of loosely based tickling club/newsletter in the mid 90s; I think the photo came from one of his shoots, but I am not sure about that. I don't have the link in front of me, but he has his own web page now with videos if you do a search.
 
That kinda looks like Dorothy Lane's hands and Catherine Beaumont's feet. If so, it may be from a custom video Myriads put together a while back.
